General Question

Despatching of Orders

Although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible.

International Delivery

7-15 days – This service will be delivered through your local mail service and does not usually come with a tracking number. Orders are usually delivered within 7-15 days but in the event that it takes longer than this, please allow up to 20 working days from the date your order.

Local delivery

This service normally takes between 2-3 working days.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes we accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard payments

When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

Can I cancel an order?

orders cannot be cancelled after sending the payment.

What are your shipping and return policies?

All returns from our Merchandise store must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that all return shipments be insured. Note that all returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging

Can I return my purchase?

Yes you can as long as it is not damaged and there will be no credit refund. You may chose the same product or purchase other item/s.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order, you will need to contact our chat as soon as possible after placing your order. This enables us to provide you with the quickest possible service
